Business spotlight: A-P Appliance Heating & Cooling

For A-P Appliance Heating and Cooling on Highway 57 in Parkersburg, the key to success is offering a quality service no one else in the area offers.

In the showroom, they sell Whirlpool products: KitchenAid, Maytag and Amana, including just about every large appliance: refrigerators, stoves, microwaves, freezers, washers and dryers. They also offer Trane Furnaces heating and cooling systems.

Most importantly, they offer service after the sale. Owner Tom Meyer repairs appliances: refrigerators that aren’t cooling, dryers that aren’t heating, and washers that are noisy. Alan Rondeau works part time helping Meyer make deliveries. And customer satisfaction is a high priority.
