Frances Barbara Heffner, 95, died on Tuesday, April 24, 2018, at the Maple Manor Village in Aplington of natural causes. Funeral services were held at 10:30 a.m. Friday, April 27, at Holy Family Parish - St. Patrick’s Catholic Church, Parkersburg, and visitation was from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Friday, at the church.
