T&L’s Pizza Plus celebrates 20 years

Some say it’s the best pizza around. For Vickie Mulford, it’s 20 years of dedication to keeping Parkersburg pizza lovers happy and fed.

T&L’s Pizza Plus on Highway 57 celebrated its 20th anniversary on Nov. 1 with a one-day pizza sale and a packed parking lot. “It was crazy, really, really busy,” Mulford said.

Her secret to great pizza? Fresh, homemade goodness. Pizzas are made-to-order, not prepared ahead. Dough is made from scratch with a special recipe the night before, and when orders come in, toppings are added to suit each customer, and the pizza is baked.

“We strive to make our pizzas the way our customers want,” Mulford said.

Service doesn’t stop when the pizzas come out of the oven. T&L’s Pizza delivers within a 10-mile radius.
