Wilbur passed away Sunday, September 22, 2019, at his home in rural Parkersburg.  Funeral Services were 10:30 a.m., Thursday, September 26, 2019, at the Calvary Baptist Church in Parkersburg, Iowa. Burial was at Oak Hill Cemetery, Parkersburg, Iowa.
