Legend Trail Inn & Suites opens to high demand

It didn’t take long for Legend Trail Inn & Suites to show general manager Brett Kleespies that the hotel was a sought-after commodity in the community.

In fact, it took just one day.

All 31 of the hotel’s rooms were booked on June 30 for a wedding party, the weekend it officially opened.

Since then, he said, the hotel has seen a steady stream of traffic. Construction workers on assignment in the area have stayed long-term, while travelers have stopped for the night.
