ISU Extension and Outreach to offer pressure canning, freezing workshop

Preserving your own foods can be a lot quicker and easier than you think. It’s a great way to have delicious, local food all year long. A hands-on workshop offers you the opportunity to learn safe food preservation techniques. Learn safe methods for pressure canning and freezing foods and use the pressure canning method to preserve vegetables that you’ll take home to enjoy later!
