JoAnn H. Kruger, age 85 of Shakopee, passed away on February 25, 2020 at Fairview Southdale Hospital in Edina, MN. Services will be held on Saturday, February 29, at First Congregational Church, 401 3rd Street, Parkersburg, Iowa, with visitation from 1-2 p.m., followed by a funeral service at 2 p.m.
