Johnson, Hoehns honored in Scholar Program

Iowa’s top academic students were chosen by their member schools for the 2022 Governor’s Scholar Program, honored in a ceremony at the Iowa Events Center in Des Moines on Sunday, May 1.

Hannah Johnson, Aplington-Parkersburg; and Taylor Hoehns, Dike-New Hartford, were among the honorees.

The largest 64 schools in the state were invited to select two seniors that were highest academic achievers for their first seven semesters. All other schools were invited to select one senior.
