Roxanne “Rocky” Miller, age 63, of Aplington, died Friday, February 21, 2020, at Cedar Valley Hospice in Waterloo, Iowa, of natural causes.

Memorial Services will be 10 a.m., Saturday, August 1, 2020, at Oak Hill Cemetery in Parkersburg.

Memorials may be directed to family. 

Redman-Schwartz Funeral Home in Parkersburg is in charge of arrangements.
