Walking a tightrope: A-P works to balance normalcy with COVID-19 standards

With the launch of the 2021-22 school year, concerns about COVID-19 are very much at the forefront of the back to school climate.  The Aplington-Parkersburg School District faces the challenge of walking the tightrope between a return to normalcy and prudent caution.

Moving into the coming year, the district plans to apply the wisdom gained from last year’s experiences to maximize feelings of normalcy in academics, extracurriculars and the social life of students and staff.
