Beverly Ann Oldenburger, 73

BEVERLY A. OLDENBURGER

Beverly Ann Oldenburger, age 73, of Parkersburg, Iowa, was born the daughter of Bruno and Anna (Janssen) Oldenburger on November 21, 1950, in Iowa. She received her education and graduated from Parkersburg High School in 1968. After graduation, Bev continued to help her parents with the family farm. Through the years she worked on the assembly line at John Deere for numerous years, was a school bus driver for the Parkersburg school system, and later worked as a caregiver for her parents. 

In her spare time, she enjoyed going thrift shopping, socializing with friends at the local restaurants in town, farming with family, and going to the casinos in Tama with her mother. Bev loved all animals, especially her two dogs Happy and Skippy. 

On Tuesday, May 7, 2024, Bev passed away at Grundy County Memorial Hospital in Grundy Center, Iowa, of natural causes. She was preceded in death by her parents; and brother, Ronald Oldenburger. 

Bev is survived by two brothers, Kenneth (Mary) Oldenburger and Dickie (Linda) Oldenburger; and many nieces and nephews.
