A restaurant resurrection: 3rd Street Grill and Pub revives popular Main Street eatery

PARKERSBURG - Dom Sparrgrove is no stranger to the history of Parkersburg’s restaurant on Main Street. 

For 10 years, Sparrgrove was the owner-operator of Dutch’s Steakhouse and Saloon at 207 3rd Street, eventually selling the restaurant to Todd Merryweather, who changed the name to Todd’s Neighborhood Grill.

With the recent closure of Our Neighborhood Grill, Todd’s successor, Sparrgrove felt the culinary call once again.
