Phil Jenkins, 66, died Saturday, Oct. 5, at his home. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 12, at Lampe Funeral Home in Lake City with Pastor Roy Karlen officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at Lampe Funeral Home. Burial will be held at a later date.
