Ribbon cutting for Branch Out Your Roots' Grand Opening in Parkersburg

The Parkersburg Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting for Branch Out Your Roots in Parkersburg on Friday, November 13. Jeffrey and Emily Downs cut the ribbon during their Grand Opening, pictured with members of the Chamber of Commerce, city officials, and residents that helped them bring their dream to life.
